These lovely & comfortable one bedroom apartments with private terraces are located in a smaller first line complex and offers a privileged location just steps from the Las Cucharas beach and is one of the best residential areas of Costa Teguise.
They are located on a roof terrace with a communal pool (not heated) and have private terraces with sun beds, tables and chairs. You can of course see the wonderful Atlantic from there.
The living rooms are spacious and bright with big ceiling fans, private WiFi & big TV with private internet cable so that you can use your own Netflix, Prime etc. Fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, oven, micro etc. The bedrooms have double beds, built-in wardrobes, The bathrooms have shower, washstand, toilet, washing machine, water heater and of course an iron & iron board and a portable dryer as well. A safe is also available to store your valuables.
The apts are very close to Las Cucharas beach, where you can practice diving, snorkling, kayaking, windsurfing and there is also a windsurfing school, where you can rent a surfboard etc. There is also a tennis court. An outdoor gym is located along the boardwalk and the 18-hole golf course par 72, designed by the British designer John Harris is just a few blocks away.
They are close to all the amenities you may need, restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacy, car & bike rentals, public transport etc and they are also near Pueblo Marinero, the heart of the old town. HiperDino, the supermarket is just downstairs and there is a big parking space in front of the complex. 🙂
VERY IMPORTANT! MINIMUM STAY IS 7 NIGHTS
Not suitable for kids, pets not allowed and No smoking, due to the consideration for allergy sufferers. There is only one double bed, so no bedding on the sofa in the living room.
